02 — Information to verify
Research blend containing Tesamorelin 10 mg and Ipamorelin 3 mg in the same vial, for a nominal total of 13 mg. The components belong to distinct peptide classes studied in growth hormone signalling. Proposed presentation: lyophilized powder.
Technical data
Tesamorelin is a GHRH analogue; Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide secretagogue investigated as a ghrelin/GHSR receptor agonist. The mass ratio is 10:3. This blend is not a new single molecule and has no single molecular weight or CAS number representing both components.

Reference molecular data.
The bibliography concerns the individual components and their receptor systems. A study of Tesamorelin or Ipamorelin alone does not automatically demonstrate synergy, efficacy or safety of the 10+3 mg blend. Composition requires analysis identifying and quantifying both peptides.
Tesamorelin is a synthetic 44-residue GHRH analogue with an N-terminal modification. Research examines GH secretion regulation and IGF-1-related signals. Its chemical identity and receptor differ from those of Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin contains five residues, including non-proteinogenic amino acids and D-configured residues. Its sequence is Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂. The original pharmacology study assessed selectivity relative to other secretagogues in experimental models.
Sharing a vial does not change either peptide’s identity. Analytical characterization must distinguish both components and quantify them separately. Investigating interactions requires comparisons with each isolated component: a 10:3 ratio alone does not demonstrate biological synergy.
10+3 mg means 10 mg of Tesamorelin and 3 mg of Ipamorelin. It differs from 13+3 mg (16 mg total), 10+5 mg and 5+5 mg. Total mg alone is insufficient to compare two blends.
Molecular data describe the reference compound. Identity, content and purity of the supplied material must be checked against its batch certificate. This page does not attribute another supplier’s tests or results to this product. For laboratory research only; not for human or veterinary use.
Pentapeptide characterization and comparison with other secretagogues. Single-component study, not a blend study.
Randomized Tesamorelin study in a defined clinical population. The combination with Ipamorelin was not evaluated.
It indicates nominal mass per vial, not an mg/ml concentration or an instruction for use. In the blend, 10+3 mg identifies the two components separately.
The PubChem figure depicts the reference compound. Identity, chemical form, content and purity of actual material require documentation for the corresponding batch.
